As GreenTech concludes, we reflect on the remarkable technology shaping modern agriculture. Walking through booths with innovative lighting, tools, and equipment is mesmerizing and fosters appreciation for those tirelessly envisioning a future prioritising food security and sustainability.
Our stand featured our latest machine, which utilises a highly requested larger capacity. For growers who need more seeds primed at once, the Z25 delivers. Designed to meet the needs of vertical farms and greenhouses, the Z25 offers a treatment capacity of 5 litres and employs a double plasma system.

Did you catch Alberto’s talk?
At the Deep Dive stage, Alberto delivered a talk to elaborate on the science behind ActivatedAir and its direct impact on seeds and their growth cycles. He started by discussing cold plasma, explaining that Zayndu’s technology resembles a lightning strike on a field. This natural process removes the seeds’ outer layer in a single pass through our priming machines, enhancing the seed’s overall permeability.
“What happens to the seed is that this permeability is increased; therefore, the seed gets triggered to germination much quicker.”
Once the seeds are primed, they show enhanced germination, uniformity, and yield. This results in increased productivity on farms, as demonstrated in the customer case study below.
Alberto concludes, “… if you start to think about your greenhouse, which has limited growing space [and] limited growing trays – being able to sell your plants a couple of days earlier every time… you’re going to be able to sell one or two more runs per year, which is translating to quite a significant amount of money.”
Final GreenTech round-up
As we review our notes of the new people we met or old friends we caught up with, we are reminded of the importance of having a conversation. Whether it’s about what we’re working on, or where we want to be, or even an overarching mission plan for the industry, we are driven by the opportunity to strengthen food security, protect the environment and make the world a greener place.
We look forward to future conversations.
See you next year, GreenTech.
