SeedCloud

SeedCloud is an award-winning data management platform created to optimise ActivatedAir™ seed priming performance and enhance communication with Zayndu’s support team.

How does it work?

When the machine is turned on and connected to the internet, it instantly connects to the cloud, sending information about its performance and activities. Through the software, Zayndu will receive messages, allowing us to identify and solve customer issues. This proactive maintenance helps spot issues early, ensuring the equipment runs smoothly and optimising the performance of ActivatedAir™ in a grower’s facility.

Zayndu’s software engineer, Daniel Miller, states “[SeedCloud] allows [our specialists] to keep in contact with customers to make sure their machines are behaving the way they are supposed to do.”

What does this mean for customers?

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor machine performance against actual crop growth, facilitating better decision-making for future runs.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Gain immediate insights into machine performance from anywhere.
  • Protocol Customisation: Easily receive and implement tailored protocols to optimise treatment processes based on specific conditions.
  • Enhanced Communication: Stay connected with our support teams for troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Security Assurance: Trust in robust, industry-standard data security measures.
  • Free Access: Enjoy all SeedCloud features at no additional cost with your machine subscription.

SeedCloud Recognition

Early on in the year, Zayndu’s SeedCloud celebrated a big win at the Made In the Midlands awards show. The team took home the digital technology award, honouring the ‘monitoring system which helps to increase productivity and resilience in food crops.’
